The X308 XJ is one of Jaguar's most successful designs that displays a powerful yet understated stance, a trait that is quintessentially British. The Daimler V8 is a much more exclusive rendition of the XJ, and is distinguished by its unique chrome grille and fluted boot-lid design. The Daimler was also much more comfortable than the regular XJ with its softer tuned suspension. This, paired with the 4.0-litre supercharged V8 from the XJR, gave the Daimler a truly unique driving experience.

This 1998 V8 is a lovely low mileage example with only 66,565 miles. With 4 owners from new, the car is in a good condition inside and out, and its supercharged V8 is running and driving well. The car is finished in an understated purple colour scheme with gold five-spoke Daimler alloy wheels, and the paintwork and chrome are both in good condition. The grey leather seats are also showing little wear, but the headlining is in excellent condition. There is little history with the car however there is some service history included.
