Footnotes
The R107 Mercedes SL is one the longest running passenger cars sold in Mercedes history. This is unsurprising with such an elegant design that is instantly recognisable as a Mercedes. This 1998 280SL has a low mileage of just 46,875 miles and just one owner from new. It is presented in a silver blue combined with a half MBtech and cloth blue interior. Both the exterior paintwork and interior present very well, and overall the car is in very good order. There is also a large history file that includes its original book pack and old MOTs dating back to 1996. The original bill of sale for £17,000 from Mercedes-Benz of Huddersfield is also featured, dated 27 October 1988. This is a very well maintained example with only one owner from new.
