presented as a decorative three-part mantelpiece garniture, comprising a hollow cast patinated spelter central figurine group of two draped females above an early car and boat within a stylised sea and mountainscape, one holding a cornucopia and an open book, the other holding an electrical spark aloft, mounted on a turned wooden base, 64cm high overall, and two further draped nude females by Raplanel, one entitled 'Gloire', the other depicting a girl holding a flaming torch and a wheel, each on turned wooden bases, the larger 45cm high overall.
