La malle en osier aux anses en métal, loquet central et bandes en cuir avec boucles, comprenant : une bouilloire en cuivre à anse en osier, ensemble de six verres à la prise en osier, six tasses et soucoupes en porcelaine, une grande boîte à sandwich et deux petites boîtes carrées en céramique et doublure en émail intactes, deux bocaux de conserve en céramique à couvercles, bouteilles de condiment et paire de bouteilles de lait, le couvercle garni d'une ménagère et de six assiettes en émail au marli doré.

A superb six person picnic basket by G W Scott & Sons, London, circa 1905, the basket with metal end handles, central lock and leather staps with buckles, lid opening to reveal most attractively laid out interior with fittings including centrally mounted copper kettle with woven wicker handle, spirit burner, drinks bottle with woven wicker cover, a set of six glasses in wicker nests, six white china stacking cups and saucers, large sandwich box and two smaller square food boxes with ceramic and enamel liners intact, two ceramic preserves jars with strapped lids, condiment bottles and pair of matched milk bottles, the lid fitted with cutlery in leather straps and six enamel gilt edged enamel plates, the basket 80cm wide.
